The Causes of Obesity

The obesity is caused by unhealthy eating combined with sustain shortage activity. The basic idea behind obesity is burning less calories which already given by food, that is why the body become a fat storage.

The top reason why people become obesity is bad eating habit with neither the time, nor preference to control one’s meals, it was no wonder people get fat all over the world. Couple with a sedentary lifestyle where trips using car or motorcycle and you got a health situation uncontrol.

Genetics: obesity can also been inherited from family member who suffered from it. It’s possible to you get obese, if your family has a history of obesity, but do not take this fact seriously, you can fight obesity.

Junk Food : Sometime we prefer to eat any fast food restaurant in a hurry, we love burgers very much, but beware because the fat are really highly and will attack their health. A single burger is worth a whole meal, but interestingly a regular burger will never fill your stomach, so you never stop consume it.

Many people trying to diet and having a plan to lose a few pounds, but after a while they return to their old lifestyle and back to the bad eating habits. So they got weight lost turn into weight regained and then feel impossible to lose their weight.

You might hard to follow long diet program, because you will always want the forbidden foods, the foods that you always want. The fact that most delicious foods are forbidden, but CAUTION: “no pain no gain”. People who want to lose their weight must arrange their lifestyle to their needs, especially by making time for more exercising.
