Your Diet doesn’t Make Sense, How Come?

Everyone who has disaster with the body in average feel fear when hear the word ‘diet’ and keep move on their bad habits as like they don’t really care with other people said. It’s their own life, their own body, so what other told about them is no matter. But you don’t realize that obese disease will be ghoul you in unpredicted time. Remember obesity is responsible for over 400,000 deaths every year. And I’m not sure you stand on one of them, right?

Your fear about diet could be reasonable because you’ve heard and saw your friends or anyone who has taken most diets did not make any sense. You saw them keep struggle with their weight and even fatter than before after they stop the diets. Let’s talk the top five reasons why most diets you’ve heard don’t work and don’t make sense for average human being.

First, almost people thought to lose some pounds must eat grapefruits for every meal for the rest of your life. I’ll bet you wouldn’t do it. This diet is work when you just want to drop weight for a week, but not for the long term at all! The diet is not consistent for long term weight loss.

, you’ve heard and assume the diets are going hard to follow. Some diets have you found could be so complex, it would take a rocket scientist to figure them out such as you must well-known with calorie counting, fat counting, carb counting and separating the types of fats in every supply your eating.

Third, you wouldn’t say that you must have and make own in everything including have to provide your own chef, your own personal trainer, and your own planner on the side to become healthier. It’s really hard to maintain to get your goals when you follow that diet rules, isn’t it?

, the diet is too expensive. Some diets charge out the nose for their food, their initial start-ups fees, their cost of equipment, and for ongoing support. A lot of these costs are just not realistic and do not make sense! A diet should not break the bank account!

The last, many diets simply instruct you to “take a pill and see what happens”. You are going to get nowhere unless you have a written plan of your goals, some goal setting strategies, and know the steps you need to take in order to achieve those goals. It does not make sense to start a diet that does not stress these points!
